     I am Susan Bell Leitner, owner and president of LG Utility Contractors, Inc.     

 

     LG Utility Contractors, Inc. is a small, women owed utility construction company established April 25, 2017. We are a licensed General Contractor WL4 specializing in the construction of water, sanitary sewer, and storm drain lines.

 

     Since our inception we have been approved as a Protégé to participate in the City of Columbia’s Mentor Protégé Program and obtained several local certifications. We are certified DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise), SMBCC (Small and Minority Business Contracting and Certification), CDBE (Columbia Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) and SLBE (Small Local Business Enterprise) Utility Contractors.

 

      We are currently performing work as a subcontractor for the installation of main lines, valves, fittings, meters, fire hydrants and all appurtenances for water mains. Installation of sanitary sewer mains, manholes, sewer services, etc. We also perform asphalt work, restoration, and landscaping.

 

     It is our mission and goal, through teamwork, to provide the highest quality of construction services, on time and at a reasonable price. In the process, we will strive to take pride in our workmanship to satisfy our customers and maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all.
